Travel Information

Most conference events will take place at Collis Common Ground at Dartmouth College, located at 2 N Main St, Hanover, NH 03755. 

Additional locations will be outlined in the schedule.

The hotels Hanover Inn and Six South Street Hotel are within walking distance of the college.

Beyond Hanover, where Dartmouth is located, nearby areas such as Lebanon, West Lebanon, Norwich, and White River Junction offer additional lodging options, including Airbnbs and hotels. Public transportation is available through Advanced Transit, but service hours are limited—be sure to check schedules in advance if you plan to rely on it.

Rideshare services like Uber are highly unreliable in this area, so they should not be your primary mode of transport. However, Zipcars are available for rent on campus, though availability may be limited due to student demand.

For undergraduate students from other institutions, we are exploring the possibility of a student pairing program that would allow you to stay in Dartmouth dorms during the conference. While we cannot confirm this yet, please fill out this form if you would be interested.

You cannot fly directly into Hanover. You can either fly into Boston Logan International Airport or John F. Kennedy International Airport (New York).

From there, the Dartmouth Coach offers convenient direct transportation to the college. Please be mindful that the Dartmouth Coach, the bus that provides direct travel from Boston Logan and South Station to campus, has its earliest pickup time at 7:40 AM and the latest pickup time at 8:50 PM for airport arrivals.
