GETTING TO NEW HAVEN
The closest major airports to New Haven include those in New York (JFK, LaGuardia, Newark) and Hartford (Bradley). From there, visitors often take a shuttle to New Haven. We recommend that shuttle reservations be made in advance via Go Airport Shuttle.
For trains from New York, Metro North Railroad operates out of Grand Central Terminal and is the least expensive service to Union Station in New Haven. Alternatively, Amtrak operates out of Penn Station.
For trains from Boston, Providence, Philadelphia, Washington, Maryland or Virginia, Amtrak provides service directly to Union Station in New Haven.
